Video of the kids at the park

When Chandler has soccer practice, I take the younger kids to play at the park. They love being outside, and this little park is really cute.

Aaron and Eli thought playing in the fountain was totally fun

Aaron giving the fountain a go

"Oooo, just like the bath!"

"Mom, I'm going to touch the water, and you're all the way over there"

"Got it!"

Happy Aaron!

Run, run, run

Stepping on the spray

The new outdoor mall Tempe Marketplace conveniently has a little spray pad. It's pretty simple, just a bunch of spouts spraying straight up, but the kids love it. My friend Jen and I took the kids there, and fun was had by all. You could tell it was time to go when Eli and Aaron (about a month apart) started trying to play in the fountains instead of the spray pad. Obviously the designer of the mall does not have children. The fountains are VERY tempting! The seating areas are by far the best of any spray park I've visited. Great outdoor living room set ups!
After playing in the water we went and got the kids Cold Stone ice cream. I, of course, had to have Coffee Bean.

Brothers!

Awwww!!!

Since it's ungodly hot in Arizona in the summer, we spend a lot of time at the pool. The kids are little fish, and I love it too! We can usually only stay for about an hour and a half before Eli starts getting out and running around the pool instead of splashing in the pool.

BBQ with friends

Our friends, Bryce and Sarah Lemieux just bought and remodeled a new house. So, a couple of weeks ago, we went over and had a BBQ with them. They have 4 kids whose ages are similar to our kids, so no one was left out. Justin and Bryce had a good time racing remote control boats in the yard, it had just been irrigated. Sarah and I spent our time cooking (mostly Sarah) and wrangling babies. Their house is so big, the kids can't really just wander. Who knows how long it would take to find them!

Little golfers

Since May, Madelyn and Chandler have been taking golf lessons. They LOVE it! That's great, because we live in Arizona and we have golf courses on every corner. It is a game they can play their entire lives, so I was more than happy to get them involved. They now have their own clubs, and can't wait for their great grandfather to come down and play a round with them!

How cute is this kid?

Pretty, pretty, pretty Libby!
